Administrator – Hospice

We are seeking an experienced Administrator/ Executive Director to oversee and manage the daily operations of our hospice agency. This role ensures the highest quality of patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of hospice operations, including patient care, finance, human resources, and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff to maintain excellence in care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and audits.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals, patients, and families to provide compassionate care.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Engage in community outreach and stay informed on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator in hospices setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting and audits.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
