Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Liaison to serve as a key connector between our organization and clients. This role involves building strong relationships, managing accounts, and facilitating effective communication across various teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, sales, and customer service skills. As a Liaison, you will play a vital role in driving product demonstrations, technical sales, and organizational success through strategic engagement and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and long-term collaboration
- Manage client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and market trends
- Analyze client data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Lead outside sales efforts by visiting clients’ locations, attending industry events, and expanding the company's reach
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support organizational initiatives through effective communication skills and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiation, account management, or sales—preferably in B2B, medical sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently in technical sales scenarios
- Outside sales experience is highly desirable
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement
