What you'll do: The heart of the role
As a Market Manager, you will be a brand ambassador and a driving force behind growth. You will use your mid-level experience to build and nurture critical relationships that ensure the right patients receive the right care at the right time.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facility administrators, and assisted living facility staff.
  • Market Leadership: Conduct strategic market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Expert Education: Educate referral sources and the community on the benefits of compassionate hospice care, ensuring a seamless and positive patient transition.

Who you are: The ideal candidateYou are an experienced and empathetic professional with a proven track record of success in healthcare sales.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of recent, progressive sales experience with Hospice in San Antonio.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Compassion and Empathy: A deep and genuine commitment to the hospice philosophy of care.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to individuals and groups.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter who is energized by working independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Trella software to manage your sales pipeline and track activities.
