We’re seeking a dedicated Hospice On Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team, delivering exceptional care to patients and meaningful support to their families throughout the Milwaukee Region.

Schedule: Full-time | 7 days on - 7 days off, 4:30pm-8:00am

What You’ll Do

• Provide Holistic Care: Deliver skilled nursing care, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional support tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with Heart: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team—physicians, social workers, and chaplains—to create personalized care plans.
• Empower Families: Educate and support patients’ loved ones with compassion and understanding.
• Document with Care: Maintain accurate, timely records to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Be a Beacon of Comfort: Offer presence, empathy, and advocacy for patients in their home or facility settings.

What You Bring

• Licensure: Active RN license in Wisconsin (BSN preferred but not required).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; hospice, palliative care, or home health experience a plus.
• Compassion: A heart for end-of-life care with emotional resilience and empathy.
• Skills: Excellent assessment, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Flexibility: Ability to travel locally to patient homes/facilities and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
