Hospice RN Branch Manager

Position Overview:
CompleteOK is seeking a compassionate, results-driven Hospice Branch Manager to lead and support the daily operations of our Enid hospice branch. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, whole-person, and heartfelt hospice care to patients and their families, while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Hospice Branch Manager must be a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enid hospice branch, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collect and submit admissions in a timely fashion that are accurate and complete.
• Ensure plan of care reflects assessment findings to establish appropriate goals/interventions to meet patient needs and those goals are realistic and measurable.
• Case conference with team members occurs regularly which includes creating PCW / HHA Care Plans, initiating and updating Plans in accordance with patient needs and Agency policy.
• Inform physician, clinical manager and interdisciplinary team members of changes in patient status as evidenced by Case Communication documentation.
• Assure appropriate discharge planning occurs from the start of care by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach and appropriate documentation.
• Provide leadership and support to interdisciplinary hospice team members, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, agency policies, and hospice standards of care.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team on strategic planning, census growth, and branch performance goals.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and resource allocation to ensure optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and teamwork.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and families.
• Monitor quality indicators and lead initiatives to improve patient and caregiver satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
• 1-2 years of hospice management experience strongly preferred
• 3-4 years management experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, hospice regulations, and clinical operations
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively lead a dynamic team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
