About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Center Manager to lead and manage our Animal Hospital in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in operations, staff handling (including blue-collar teams), and government compliance, along with excellent crisis-management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Operations & Management

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the animal hospital.
• Ensure smooth coordination between medical, admin and support teams.
• Maintain hygiene, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
• Manage hospital supplies, medicines, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Crisis & Emergency Management

• Handle unexpected medical or operational emergencies.
• Make quick, effective decisions to ensure safety of animals and staff.
• Coordinate with vets, staff, and external agencies during crises.

Staff Management

• Supervise and manage a team of doctors, nurses, ward boys, drivers, cleaners, technicians, and admin staff.
• Manage schedules, duty rosters, performance, and discipline.
• Conduct staff training and ensure high-quality service.

Government Licensing & Compliance

• Handle all legal documentation related to the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with government norms, licensing, permits, and audits.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities and regulatory bodies.

Community & Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with local authorities, NGOs, and community partners.
• Address citizens’ concerns and ensure smooth public communication.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and operational analysis.
• Track KPIs—patient count, treatment outcomes, adoption records, etc.
• Maintain documentation, billing, service records, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be a local resident of Jalgaon or nearby areas.
• 5+ years of experience in operations / hospital management / center management.
• Experience handling blue-collar staff is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage pressure and lead in crisis situations.
• Experience with government documentation, licensing & compliance.
• Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
