We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Program / Operations Manager to support a government-awarded healthcare contract. This role will oversee the operations of a regional hospital serving a 12,000-person community, with responsibilities spanning hospital administration, resource planning, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth support for medical staff.
• Lead planning, reporting, and resource allocation across departments.
• Supervise maintenance and construction teams upgrading hospital facilities.
• Oversee HR, procurement, finance, and fleet management functions.
• Ensure strong integration between hospital operations and the wider public health department.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (minimum Level 5).
• Background in hospital administration, healthcare management, or public health preferred.
• Strong skills in logistics, supply chain, fleet management, and procurement.
• Proven leadership and team coordination experience.
• Flexible and adaptable to multicultural, high-demand environments.
