Hospital - Maintenance/Utility Engineer Manager

A hospital maintenance engineer oversees the operation and maintenance of a hospital's physical plant and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and compliant environment. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting faults, performing inspections, managing maintenance projects and budgets, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations for systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment & Systems Maintenance:Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various hospital equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
