Experience: 3–10 Years (Healthcare/Hospital Management experience preferred)
Qualification: MBA Healthcare / Hospital Management / Equivalent
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Hospital की daily operations को smoothly run करना
• सभी departments (OPD, IPD, Billing, TPA, Nursing, Admin) के साथ coordination
• Patient experience और service quality में सुधार लाना
• Staff scheduling, supervision और performance monitoring
• Hospital compliance, safety norms और documentation ensure करना
• Inventory, purchase और budgeting का management
• Doctors, vendors और management के साथ communication maintain करना
• Hospital growth और process improvement के लिए strategies बनाना

Requirements

• Hospital operations का अच्छा अनुभव
• Strong leadership और communication skills
• Problem-solving और decision-making ability
• Multi-tasking और team management में दक्ष
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Software)
