We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:

Nights with 7-days-on, 7-days-off.

Collaborative scheduling ensures coverage for time off.
Key Responsibilities:

Admissions and cross-coverage call with help from a nocturnist APP

Closed ICU without code or rapid responsibility

Compensation:

$1,700/night shift with lucrative productivity and quality incentives

$385/shift bonus for extra shifts (above 45/quarter)
