Hospital Pharmacist

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our hospital team. The role involves ensuring safe and effective dispensing of medicines, maintaining stock, and supporting doctors, nurses, and patients with accurate pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and review prescriptions with accuracy.
• Provide counseling to patients on dosage, usage, and side effects.
• Maintain pharmacy stock, monitor expiry, and coordinate procurement.
• Support doctors and nurses with drug-related information.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADR).

Requirements:

• B.Pharm degree.
• Valid pharmacy license/registration.
• Prior experience of minimum 1-2 years in hospital pharmacy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medicines and drug interactions.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
