Hospital Pharmacist

• Medication Management: Procuring, storing, dispensing, compounding (making custom meds), and quality testing all hospital drugs, including IVs.
• Patient Care: Reviewing prescriptions, checking for interactions/allergies, monitoring treatment effects, and counseling patients on their medications.
• Clinical Collaboration: Working with doctors and nurses to make drug-related decisions, develop treatment plans, and manage complex cases.
• Safety & Quality: Preventing medication errors, managing adverse drug events, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies.
• Knowledge : Good knowledge on NABH guidelines.
• RGHS Pharmacy : Working knowledge of RGHS Billing from Pharmacy counter.
