Hospital Pharmacist

Job Title: Pharmacist – Hospital

Location: Calicut
Experience: 1–3 Years (Hospital experience preferred)
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
License: Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s prescription
• Verify prescriptions and ensure correct dosage and instructions
• Maintain pharmacy stock and inventory control
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of medicines
• Maintain records as per hospital and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication availability
• Handle billing and pharmacy-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of medicines and drug interactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software handling
• Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
