About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage dermatology-related medicines and skincare products in a reputed dermatology clinic. The role involves dispensing medications, counselling patients on product usage, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations while supporting doctors and clinic operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedication Dispensing & Patient Support
- Dispense dermatology and aesthetic medicines strictly as per doctor’s prescription.
- Explain dosage, application method, precautions, and storage of medicines to patients.
- Guide patients on dermatology products such as creams, ointments, oral medications, cosmeceuticals, and post-procedure care products.
- Address basic patient queries related to prescribed medications.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate stock records of medicines and dermatology products.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch details.
- Ensure timely indenting and procurement to avoid stock shortages.
- Remove and record expired or damaged medicines as per protocol.
Billing & Documentation Support
- Coordinate with the billing team for medicine billing and prescription entries.
- Ensure correct product mapping with billing software.
- Maintain proper records as required by clinic and regulatory authorities.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, clinic policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
- Follow SOPs for storage, dispensing, and documentation.
Coordination & Clinic Support
- Coordinate closely with dermatologists, nurses, and clinic staff.
- Support doctors by ensuring availability of prescribed medicines and products.
- Assist during peak clinic hours to ensure smooth patient flow.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm).
- Valid Pharmacist registration with State Pharmacy Council.
- Experience in a dermatology / aesthetic clinic or hospital pharmacy is preferred.
- Knowledge of dermatology medicines, skincare products, and cosmeceuticals.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or inventory systems.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
