Hospital Receptionist

Sri Ramakrishna Specialty Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is a 35-bedded NABH Entry-Level accredited multispecialty hospital in Trichy. We provide advanced medical care, 24/7 emergency services, and patient-centered healthcare.

We are looking for a smart, courteous, and responsible Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide a positive experience for every patient and visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors politely.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient details in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and diagnostic departments.
• Collect and support patient feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 1–2 years in hospital reception/front office preferred.
• (Freshers with good communication may apply.)
• Skills:
• Fluent in Tamil and English.
• Polite and professional communication.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
