We are seeking a Receptionist for our hospital to manage front desk operations along with OPD and IPD billing. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a hospital environment, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of billing software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle OPD and IPD patient registration efficiently.
  • Prepare, generate, and manage billing for OPD and IPD patients.
  • Process payments through cash, UPI, and card, ensuring accurate record maintenance.
  • Maintain and regularly update patient records in the billing system.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to address patient-related inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls and support appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Hospital/Healthcare setup
  • Hospital billing knowledge is preferred
  • Must be able to do rostered Night duty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
