Hospitality Associate / Host

Who we are: We are Bianchi Winery – a growing family owned and operated Winery and Restaurant located in Paso Robles. As a multigenerational business, we are on our 3rd generation of leaders, and have been selling our wines for over 35 years. We pride ourselves in creating exceptional wines sourced from our own vineyards, and other premium vineyard partners throughout the Central Coast.

Who we are looking for: A motivated someone that is available on Weekends. Friday Saturday, and Sunday with weekday fill-ins as needed. A people person is a must! Preferred knowledge in hospitality / restaurant and food service. Wine and wine making a plus but not required. Great customer service skills with the ability to multi-task is #1.
Must be responsible, punctual, and have a strong desire to learn! A passion for wine and food is strongly preferred!

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as required by job duties.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work weekends and evening hours, 15 – 30 hours/week.
• Potential to work future events (paid at a higher rate)

Compensation is $17-19$ DOE + commission and tips, plus discounts on wine.
