Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
• Manage event setups, coordinate activities, and support entertainment programs to ensure seamless execution
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts efficiently, and maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the venue
• Oversee food and beverage service areas, including taking orders, serving guests, and managing cash transactions accurately
• Supervise activities involving children or groups during events or recreational programs, ensuring safety and engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality spaces, including dining areas, event zones, and guest lounges
• Support public speaking engagements or guided tours to enhance guest experience and provide information about the venue or events

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality, resort operations, or event management is highly desirable
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Experience in conflict management and resolving guest concerns effectively
• Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures
• Lifeguard certification or experience is a plus for venues with aquatic facilities
• Working with children or managing group activities demonstrates your ability to handle diverse audiences
• Public speaking skills to confidently lead tours or host events in front of groups
