Hospitality Auditor(Hotels) - Hotel Operations and IT

Müller's Solutions is seeking a meticulous and experienced Hospitality Auditor specializing in Hotels, with expertise in both Hotel Operations and IT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of operational processes and IT systems within the hospitality sector, particularly in hotels. Your assessments will help enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management, supporting the delivery of superior guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other service areas to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Perform IT audits focused on hotel management systems, POS systems, network security, data integrity, and compliance with IT protocols.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and IT teams to implement audit recommendations and enhance process compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management outlining findings and corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to hotel operations and IT systems.

  • Operational efficiency and compliance


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality auditing, hotel operations, or IT auditing within the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operational processes and IT systems used in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Hospitality Auditor, or IT audit certifications are a plus.
  • Bilingual professional (Arabic and English) with experience in the Hajj and Umrah sector.
  • Extensive experience in capital project audits and IT application reviews.
  • Strong background in the hospitality industry
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Tourism and the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
