Position Overview
We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to oversee and manage daily hospitality operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, hospitality knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between guests, staff, and vendors. The Hospitality Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining Prague Gate LLC’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospitality services including guest relations, event support, and service logistics.
• Liaise with guests, staff, and external partners to ensure efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, events, and client communications.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance guest engagement.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements for service quality.
• Assist in organizing events, conferences, and special hospitality programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s hospitality regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality coordination, guest services, or event management.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality processes, guest relations, and service standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hospitality management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
