Hospitality Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Coordinator to oversee daily operations, support guest services, and ensure smooth coordination across hotel departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, hospitality expertise, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hospitality operations across front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
• Support management in planning, reporting, and operational decision-making.
• Liaise with staff, vendors, and guests to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and guest engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s hospitality regulations and company policies.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality coordination or hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality practices, guest services, and operational standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
