Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact with hotel operators throughout development and pre-opening phases.

Coordinate and review all design disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, Kitchens, FF&E).

Ensure compliance with operator brand standards, Egyptian codes, and fire & life safety requirements.

Lead design reviews, workshops, and technical coordination meetings.
-
Track operator requirements and ensure timely approvals of design packages.
-
Monitor design progress, manage risks, and resolve design conflicts.

Support procurement, tendering, and site teams to ensure design intent is delivered.

Collaborate closely with Development, Project Management, Commercial, Cost Control, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

7–10 years of experience in design and engineering, preferably within hospitality development.
-
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Solid technical knowledge of hospitality design standards and regulations.
-
Fluent in English and Arabic.
