Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact with hotel operators throughout development and pre-opening phases.
  • Coordinate and review all design disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, Kitchens, FF&E).
  • Ensure compliance with operator brand standards, Egyptian codes, and fire & life safety requirements.
  • Lead design reviews, workshops, and technical coordination meetings.
  • Track operator requirements and ensure timely approvals of design packages.
  • Monitor design progress, manage risks, and resolve design conflicts.
  • Support procurement, tendering, and site teams to ensure design intent is delivered.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Project Management, Commercial, Cost Control, Marketing, and Procurement teams.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in design and engineering, preferably within hospitality development.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge of hospitality design standards and regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
