Hospitality Executive (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and energetic Hospitality Executive to manage guest relations, bookings, property operations, and online promotions. The candidate will ensure excellent guest experience while handling day-to-day hospitality and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage guest bookings and reservations

* Respond to customer inquiries on calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and booking platforms

* Welcome and coordinate guests professionally

* Oversee daily property operations and guest satisfaction

* Handle check-in and check-out processes

* Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance when required

* Promote property through social media marketing and online platforms

* Create and post content including photos, videos, and promotional updates

* Maintain booking records, schedules, and reports

* Increase occupancy and customer engagement

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing

* Organized, responsible, and customer-focused personality

* Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, booking apps, etc.)

* Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, hotels, guest houses, or customer service preferred

* Ability to work flexible timings if needed
