Hospitality & Front Desk Assistant - Job Opening, Part-Time 12-20 hours per week:

We’re Hiring a Hospitality & Front Desk Assistant position at THE HIDDEN SPA, a combo Medi-Day Spa in Downtown Statesville.

Here at THE HIDDEN SPA a Medi-Day Spa, we are looking for a Spa Attendant with good communication skills who is kind, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. This important role helps keep things moving behind the scenes!

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly answering phone calls to book appointments and handle client requests.
• Covering the Front Desk for breaks, and helping during busy times.
• Ensuring clients understand cancellation policy.
• Welcoming new and returning clients with hospitality and care.
• Giving spa tours, studying and understanding our services, spa packages and why we are the best choice for their spa services.
• Checking clients in and out of their services, asking follow-up questions to ensure their satisfaction.
• Rebooking clients before they leave.

The position requires:

• Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Warm and professional appearance and demeanor including being well groomed, fresh and an excellent first impression for clients

Compensation starts at $12/hour during the training period of 90 days.

Pay increases after a 90 day probationary period.

THE HIDDEN SPA observes the following holidays each year, and is closed on these days:

• New Year’s Day
• Independence Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

This is a Part Time position with work days Tuesday- Saturday. Regular days off will be Sunday & Monday.
