SmartStay in Dubai is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR function and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality sector, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR compliance requirements.
