Hospitality Lounge Attendant

The Hospitality Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service within the hotel lounge area. This role ensures guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment while assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining lounge presentation, and responding to guest needs professionally and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hospitality lounge, seating areas, and beverage stations
  • Restock food, beverages, snacks, utensils, and supplies throughout shifts
  • Monitor buffet or refreshment areas to ensure quality and presentation standards
  • Assist guests with questions regarding hotel amenities, dining, and local attractions
  • Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support team members and other hotel departments as needed
  • Ensure lounge opening and closing duties are completed accurately


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
