Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and driving operational efficiency across hospitality services such as hotels, resorts, or dining establishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of hospitality facilities (e.g., hotel, resort, restaurant)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and manage hospitality staff across departments
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
- Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Plan and oversee events, bookings, and special functions
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service standards
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: QAR26,000.00 per month
