About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Venture Capital Managing Partner to lead investment activities, drive fund performance, and oversee the firm’s overall direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in venture investing, deep industry networks, and the ability to identify and scale high-growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s investment strategy, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing deals
• Identify high-potential startups and emerging market opportunities
• Oversee due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring processes
• Manage and mentor investment team members and analysts
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
• Represent the firm in negotiations, board roles, and industry events
• Monitor portfolio performance and support portfolio companies in scaling
• Drive fundraising efforts and manage relationships with limited partners (LPs)
• Ensure alignment with the firm’s long-term vision and financial targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or entrepreneurship
• Proven track record of successful investments and exits
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Extensive network within startup and investor ecosystems
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing or co-managing a venture capital fund
• Prior board membership or advisory roles in startups
• Exposure to regional markets (Middle East / GCC)
• Sector expertise (e.g., fintech, AI, healthcare, energy, etc.)
