JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Manage staff including recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor budgets, financial plans, and sales to ensure profitability.

Establish and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in hospitality management or similar roles.

Qualifications:
