Job Description: Hospitality Institute Principal

As the Principal of our institute, you will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership, ensuring high standards of education, and fostering an environment that supports both student success and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction to academic and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum plans, and educational programs.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff performance.
• Maintain discipline, a positive learning environment, and student well-being.
• Manage admissions, examinations, and student progress reports.
• Coordinate with parents, governing bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage budgets, resources, and institutional development plans.
• Promote extracurricular activities and initiatives that enhance student skills and character.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve academic excellence and institute growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Proven experience in educational leadership, ideally as Principal or Head of Department.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and students to achieve institutional goals.
