Hospitality Service Associate

The Hospitality Service Associate supports the delivery of exceptional food & beverage service to the family and guests while ensuring seamless operational support across service areas, warehouses, and F&B stores. The role combines front-of-house service excellence with strong back-of-house operational support to always maintain Royal standards.

JOB LOCATION: FUJAIRAH, UAE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification from a recognised Butler School highly regarded
• Level 2 - Food Hygiene & Safety
• Level 2 – Allergy Awareness
• Level 2 – HACCP · Safe Chemical Handling
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ year experience working as a waiter/waitress or butler at a senior level in a 5* establishment.
• Experience in both service and operational/store support roles preferred
• Exposure to high-profile, VVIP or luxury clientele is an advantage
• Experience in event setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge in the Arts of Service, including sharing-style service and plated dessert service
• Understanding of Arabic Meze and international cuisine
• Basic beverage knowledge: coffee, tea, juices, mocktails
• Ability to prepare and reset dining areas to Royal standards
• Strong attention to detail and grooming standards
• Assist in F&B warehouse and store operations
• Stock receiving, checking, labeling, and storing as per FIFO system
• Conduct expiry checks and maintain stock rotation
• Assist in monthly stock takes and inventory reporting
• Maintain par levels and coordinate store requisitions
• Assist in event setup and breakdown
• Packing and unpacking event equipment, chinaware, glassware, and OS&E
• Coordination with kitchen and service teams during events
• Maintain event storage areas in organized condition
• Support logistics movement between locations
• Cleaning and sanitizing of F&B service areas, pantry, stores, and back-of-house spaces
• Sweep, mop, and always maintain cleanliness of F&B operational areas
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned, polished, and stored correctly
• Adherent to all food safety policies and hygiene procedures
• Follow strict safety protocols during lifting and equipment handling
• Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Clear communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Ability to coordinate with supervisors during busy operations
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
