Hospitality Training Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking a Hospitality Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our hospitality staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop training materials, modules, and courses tailored to the diverse roles within the hospitality industry
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to staff members at all levels
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality training

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Training and Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
