Fogon & Lions is hiring! Two locations in Downtown Alpharetta; Alpharetta's Modern Spanish-Latin Restaurant.

We are Looking for experienced Servers with Great smiles and Outgoing Personalities for our fast paced Spanish Latin Restaurant. We are looking for someone who can work in a team-oriented, high volume, fast paced environment.

Great Team with Great Pay!

Must be dependable, hard-working, efficient, amazing with people, and great working with a team in a hospitality driven, guest first environment.

1- 2 years experience working in high volume full restaurants is preferred, though not required if you have what it takes.

Duties:

Communication

• Answer phone calls and handle reservation inquiries
• Coordinate with servers and management about table availability
• Relay guest requests or special accommodations to staff
• Communicate large party arrivals or VIP guests

Organization & Front Desk Duties

• Maintain an organized seating chart
• Monitor table turnover and dining flow
• Keep the host stand clean and presentable
• Manage reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, etc.)
• Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Maintain accurate wait times and communicate delays clearly
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back
