Job Summary:
As a Host/Hostess at Larkin's, you will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant’s reservation system.

• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain an organized and clean host stand and entryway.

• Communicate wait times to guests and manage the seating flow.

• Assist with answering phone calls and providing accurate information about the restaurant.

• Uphold Larkin’s service standards and ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a host/hostess role is a plus but not required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment.

• Professional appearance and friendly attitude.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
