What You'll Do

• Greet guests with authentic warmth and seat them thoughtfully throughout the restaurant
• Manage the host stand, including reservations, wait times, and guest flow
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Answer questions about our menu, specials, and restaurant with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Create a positive first and last impression that sets the tone for each guest's experience
• Handle guest concerns with grace and a solutions-oriented mindset

You're someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who genuinely understands that hospitality starts at the host stand.
