Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Clover POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and waiting area
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service flow

Experience

• Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant settings preferred
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS is advantageous
• Experience in hospitality, hotel services, or guest services enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests
• Ability to handle busy periods with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
