We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a warm, hospitable environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. This role is vital in maintaining the lively atmosphere of our establishment while delivering exceptional guest services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfortable seating and timely service flow
• Maintain clear communication with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service priorities
• Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and hospitality-focused communication skills
• Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort throughout their visit
• Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly to enhance overall guest relations and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant environments preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for creating positive interactions
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic during busy service hours
• Previous experience in serving or food service roles is advantageous but not required
