Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and assisting with reservations.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations regarding menu items and specials.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor dining room activity to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the host area and dining room.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor and willingness to help create memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour
