Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional guest relations and hospitality, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage and maintain the wait list system.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and seating arrangements.
• Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Utilize POS systems for guest orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
