The Difference You Will Make

As a Host you are the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and organized dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.

  • Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.

  • Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.

  • Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system.

  • Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to work with long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area.

Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
