Job Overview
We are seeking a polished and personable host to serve as the first impression of our upscale martini bar. In this role, you will welcome guests with poise and professionalism, setting the tone for a sophisticated and memorable evening. You’ll manage customer arrivals, coordinate seating, and ensure a seamless flow of service in a refined, high-energy atmosphere.

Our establishment operates from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, offering an elevated nightlife experience centered around expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional hospitality. Your attention to detail and warm, confident presence will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience in a high paced enviornment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and an elevated sense of hospitality
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate estimated wait times with courtesy and clarity
• Coordinate closely with service and bar staff to ensure smooth guest flow and table readiness
• Answer phone calls and guest inquiries with polished etiquette and product knowledge
• Maintain a pristine and organized host stand and entrance area
• Handle guest concerns discreetly and professionally, escalating when appropriate

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in an upscale restaurant, lounge, or bar preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor
• Understanding of high-end hospitality standards and guest experience expectations
• Calm and proper etiquette with the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, upscale environment
