Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a memorable and positive experience from the moment they arrive at Bradley's Pub & Grille. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an outstanding hospitality experience. This role offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality talents can shine and make a real impact on our guests’ visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Manage reservations efficiently using POS system, SkyTab.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all guest areas are welcoming and tidy
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods, providing accurate wait times and updates to guests
• 1 4 year olds are welcome to apply!
