Responsibilities:

Give a warm welcome to every guest either in person or on the phone
Manage the wait list during high volume in an energetic environment
Address guest concerns with guidance from the Manager on duty
Receive, process and complete take-out orders to guest’s satisfaction.
Please every guest 100% of the time with efficient and friendly service.
Take pride in your appearance while adhering to our standards
Exhibit teamwork, excitement and enthusiasm each and every day.

Qualifications:

Some high school
Excellent punctuality and attendance
Willing to train and open to coaching
Commitment to 100% guest satisfaction
Works well in a team focused environment
