```Overview```
We are looking for a team member at a new upscale restaurant in the valley and seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and manage reservations
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus and water
- Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and respect
- Process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service

```Experience```
- Previous experience in food service or restaurants is preferred
- Strong communication
- Phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus
