Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and enhancing guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate seating arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest needs.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Provide information about menu items and daily specials to guests.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a .
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members and guests alike.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
