Looking for a fun, fast-paced restaurant job on the island? Gulf Island Grill is hiring hosts to join our team! We’re looking for energetic, dependable people who enjoy working with others and creating a great first impression for our guests.

As a host, you’ll be the first face guests see when they walk through the door while also helping manage to-go orders and keeping the flow of the restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests with a positive attitude
• Managing wait lists and guest flow
• Answering phones and taking to-go orders
• Packaging and organizing to-go orders accurately
• Assisting servers and managers when needed
• Keeping the host stand and front area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Weekend availability preferred
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
