As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a warm, friendly atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining or hospitality experience. Duties

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude, providing a welcoming first impression
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Resy
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth flow of guest seating and service
• Assist guests with seating preferences, special needs, or requests to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of guest services, serving procedures, and hospitality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
