We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure a seamless dining experience from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and availability
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating adjustments to enhance overall guest relations

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in food service or restaurant operations is highly desirable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of hotel or guest services experience is advantageous
• Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
