About Us

Xin Ramen is a vibrant Japanese ramen and sushi restaurant known for great food, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first impression of our restaurant.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
• Manage waitlist and seating efficiently
• Answer phone calls and handle reservations
• Guide guests to tables and provide menus
• Maintain a clean and organized front area
• Assist servers when needed
• Ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability is required
• Basic English required (bilingual is a plus)
