Host

Hosts work closely with the waitstaff to maintain an organized account of customers coming in and out of the restaurant and keep track of which tables are available or need to be cleared. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, has excellent communication and customer service skills and is able to manage the dining room efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door
• Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized front-of-house environment
• Seat guests rotating between different sections to ensure even workloads
• Learn food and beverage menu
• Answer phones

Skills:

• Experience in customer service
• Advanced time management experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• High school diploma/GED preferred

Job Type: Part-time
